02 Who you are calling

A family business in Omaha since 2003.

Nebraska Roofing LLC has been locally owned and operated out of Omaha since 2003. It is a family business, and it has stayed one. We run our own crews, so the people on your roof are people we trained and people we answer for.

We work on roofing, siding, gutters, windows and drywall, on houses and on commercial buildings, from a small repair through to a full replacement. Most of our crew speaks only Spanish, and Jason, our head operator, speaks both, so there is always someone to talk you through the job in English. Estimates are free and there are no hidden fees.

We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau, licensed and insured. Most of what we do still comes to us by word of mouth, which only works if you tell people the honest answer rather than the easy one.

04 How it goes

Four steps, and the first two cost you nothing.

Communication is where most contractors let people down, so we keep it short and we answer.

01

Tell us what is going on

Call, text or send the form. We ask enough questions to know what we are coming out to look at.

02

We come and look

Someone gets on the roof or walks the wall and finds the real problem, not just the one that is easiest to see.

03

A written estimate, free

You get the scope and the price in writing. Nothing for the visit, and nothing hidden inside the number.

04

We do the work

Our own crew, on the date we agreed, cleaned up behind them before they leave.

05 Why people call us back

Most of our work still arrives by word of mouth.

That only keeps happening if the crew is ours, the answer is honest and the price on the invoice is the price on the estimate.

01

Our own crews

The people on your roof work for us. We do not hand the job to whoever happens to be free that week, which is why the standard is the same on the hundredth house as it was on the first.

02

Straight answers

If a repair will do, we say a repair will do. Integrity and honesty come before the size of the invoice, and that is the reason most of our work still arrives by word of mouth.

03

One trade or all five

Roofing, siding, gutters, windows and drywall in the same company, so a storm that damages three things at once does not mean three contractors and three schedules.

04

Se habla español / English spoken

Most of our crew speaks only Spanish, and Jason, our head operator, speaks both, so there is always someone to talk you through the job in English.
